We are expert in the areas of working with lenders for
purposes of negotiating on your behalf (at no charge)
loan modifications, forbearances, and loan restructuring.
We have helped many save their homes and their credit
through our negotiations. Our work is through referrals
and hopefully by helping you

to refer
us
to others
who may need our help or need to sell their property.

your
use

we make
no claim,
warranty, guarantee or other promise that we will be
able to stop your foreclosure or market and/or sell your
property.
Under the law, we cannot sell, lease or rent back your
property to you. We cannot "save your mortgage" and
allow you to remain in your home if your foreclosure
process
continues and you are unable to make the necessary payments
with your lender. Any and all discussions regarding the
merits of filing for
bankruptcy or other
legal maneuvers
are
best discussed
with an attorney who is specialized in this area. We
are not CPA's nor do we offer income tax services of
any kind and cannot give you specific information
or advice about your personal

tax
issues. We would be happy to make
referrals to what we believe to be qualified experts
in these areas if you wish. We are not
licensed real estate agents, but do have licensed agents
within our group for assistance. We honor any listing
agents that you may or may not have an existing
contract
with.

not here to take away your home or cheat you out of anything
in any manner shape or form, or cheat your listing agent
out
of any
commissions
due them. If you are in foreclosure, under California
law you have a 5 day right of rescission to any real
estate purchase
contract
you
may
sign with
us (or anyone else).
Past
the 5 day right of rescission, if for any reasonable
reason
whatsoever
you
are uncomfortable with dealing with us on any level we
will
release you
without question from any contract you may have signed.
We
are here to assist you to exit from a difficult situation
in a
manner
that
makes
sense
for
everyone concerned.
We are not loan brokers, agents or loan officers, nor
do we represent any lending institutions. We operate
under California Real Estate Laws and are very conscientious
about protecting your rights as a homeowner and pledge
to you that any and all transactions between us will
be followed by the letter of the law and completely legal
in all respects as it pertains to legal real estate transactions.
We encourage you to review any and all agreement(s) that
may or may not be made between us and you with
a qualified real estate attorney of your choosing. We
will never release any of your
information,
personal,
financial
or other to any individual, firm or group and will hold
any such information entrusted to us by you in the strictest
of confidence. We will never release your
name,
email
address,
phone
number,
mailing address or other personal information to any
mailing list brokerage, firm or individual ever. In view
of the foregoing, having been read by you or not, by

assistance to you, you hereby agree to hold us, our agents,
assigns or heirs forever harmless in all matters stated
herein.
