Under the law, we cannot sell, lease or rent back your property to you. If you are in foreclosure, under California law you have a 5 day right of rescission to any real estate purchase contract you may sign with us (or anyone else). Past the 5 day right of rescission, if for any reasonable reason whatsoever you are uncomfortable with dealing with us on any level we will release you without question from any contract you may have signed.
